Maintained in Mandriva SVN, in the same way as mplayer,xine,ffmpeg etc.

The mdv build doesn't depend on lame, while the plf build does (--with plf).

There was a freeze when it was introduced, so it was not submitted to
cooker.

Whatever, I'm fine with it either way. It will probably be rather
trivial for me to update the svn one later.
