Hi Rob,

audacity doesn't contain a mp3 encoder, while the PLF version of glame
includes a lame plugin.

Yes, that's right. But there's a difference between 'might violate
some shady patent for an obvious idea' and 'does violate the
definitely enforceable MP3 patents'.
