Hi,
There's a lot of old packages in PLF.
While most packages have been rebuilded in mdv2008 [1], PLF represents
50% of the old packages on my machines.
Shouldn't PLF rebuild these old packages for consistency, for using
latest dep finders of our rpm-mandriva-setup-build package, for using
our latest cflags, ...

[1] my machines run with 98.4% (resp. 99%) of packages build for
2008.0 & 2008.1 ; 75% (resp. 80%) were build for 2008.1
