Hello, I'm about to split scim-python to a plf version, but I don't think it is acceptable for plf non-free section.
scim-python provides a Chinese pinyin IME, which is LGPLed. But the data files it used (from 3rd-party lab) are not licensed under any Free Software licenses. Instead, the data files are licensed under its own license, which denies the user from redistributing it without permission.
