The plf has given flash-player-plugin(version 10.0.12.36 <http://10.0.12.36>) for i586 architecture but not for X86-64 platform.will it supply shortly for 64 bit or it is harmless to use 32 bit version in 64 bit plat form?
AFAIK, the flash plugin doesn't exist in 64-bit form. Since there's no source, it probably never will. On my 64-bit 2009.0 system, I have flash working, having installed: flash-player-plugin-9.0.124.0-1plf2008.1 If you use pulseaudio, you'll also need libflashsupport. Generally, you can trust urpmi to do the right thing here.
