This is obviously wrong and causes codeina to ignore all PLF codecs as they get
marked as 2008.1. Also, maybe it would be useful to remove the 'url' entry for
plf as it doesn't seem too useful (and uselessy requests data from zarb on
every codec request), as was done for mandriva entry.
