The current MDV & PLF versions of gstreamer packages are several. It takes some
effort to track down the PLF version of the gstreamer plugin and install it to
get multimedia playback, assuming Codeina isn't installed.
An easier option would be to create a universal gstreamer metapackage which
will install all of the PLF (and MDV?) gstreamer packages in a single command.
This would be helpful for many newcomers who sometimes get confused on how to
install codecs. It would be a good complement to Codeina as well.
