Why not focuss on mageia, mageia lack of some plf packages like
gstreamer-faac and they don't gonna package that kind of packages

90% of people involved in PLF are mageia contributers. And the burden of maintaing a specific infrastructure just to provide a single faac package is definitevely overkill.
