Non disperare: il sito è certamente ok, il problema dovrebbe stare in come apache gestisce il "virtual host" verso lo zope. In generale bisogna scrivere una "rewrite rule" in modo opportuno ma, se questa è sbagliata, possono esserci i problemi di mancanza di css e javascript.
