andate in portal_javascript e premete "save". Svuotate la cache del
browser e tutto tornerà apposto.

Il fatto che te lo faccia anche su un nuovo sito creato da zero mi fa
sorgere una domanda "insolente": non è che hai JavaScript
disabilitato?! :D
Javascript è abilitato.
Se non è così: di solito questo è legato ad errori JavaScript (che
dovresti vedere nella console degli errori).
Magari: in console non c'è nulla e - soprattutto - il javascript del
dragdropreorder compare nella console di Chrome quando si carica il sito.
Io davvero non mi capacito di che sta succedendo, tanto più che sino
a ieri il reorder funzionava regolarmente.
Magari è qualcosa di collegato alla cache. Di certo mi sta prendendo
troppo tempo.
