Per quanto riguarda i prodotti, quello che hai mandato non è l'elenco che ti serve. Quello dei prodotti aggiuntivi lo trovi senza entrare in ZMI ma usando il menu "configurazione del sito" e poi "prodotti aggiuntivi" del sito stesso. Esportare i prodotti non credo serva: se li tira dentro il buildout tramite gli eggs; questa è la via più pulita.
Quanto alla versione di python, non ti preoccupare: unified installer installa la versione giusta e compila tutto con la versione giusta. Data.fs non c'entra con la versione di python e dunque non ti darà problemi nel trasporto.
