Se vuoi che vengano settati dei parametri (come ad es. rendere
visibile/invisibile un link nel footer) nel tuo
portal_actions/site_actions all'installazione del tuo tema basta creare
un file actions.xml in profiles/default

immagino di dover salvare dentro la cartella skin template del mio tema dei
file tipo footer.pt ecc,,,
però ho fatto diverse prove e non riesco
da zmi sono capace, però volevo fare un tema il più possibile autonomo
