there is collective.ckeditor [1]. It claims to work with Plone 4. I've
never tried it and don't know how much Plone 4 specific code is in
there. maybe it is worth backporting for you.

Unfortunately there seems not to get an upgrade from FCKeditor to CKeditor
for Plone.
And there are some bugs in FCKeditor which probably never will be
corrected.
Perhaps you should try Products.TinyMCE -it became the standard editor with
Plone 4 but there are releases which work with Plone 3.x.
