I'm using the Plone 4.2 coredev buildout, and
"http://good-py.appspot.com/release/dexterity/1.0.3-1";.

Defining a type using Python schema works fine:

... but with an XML model file, a field can't be made "primary", and
default/allowed mime types can't be set:

The "marshal:primary" attribute is specifed by
https://github.com/plone/plone.rfc822.

Am I ahead of time? Must I auto-checkout stuff, or should this work with
Dexterity 1.0.3 ?
