Hi, I have added translations support for datatable in the addon collective.js.datatables.
You just have to create translations as any other addons to support your language. Note: the official datatables website show some translations but do not give any way to download them. You can watch translations here: http://datatables.net/plug-ins/i18n#functions I would be glade to see some other languages added before doing the release.
