I'm pretty sure last time I looked at the instructions that part wasn't
there.
IIRC I changed its formatting in July to make it more visible, but the
info itself is long around.
But anyway, the process is indeed more complex than it should be. With
current github features and without having enough resources to write an
application to manage all this, better docs is the best we can offer.
