I would not worry too much -- it likely is not a path that is truly desirable. ZCML is for site-netural software component configuration. Something site specific like a directory is best passed via zope.conf into application configuration (possible via buildout and zope-conf-additional in plone.recipe.zope2instance as Mike suggests [1]).
