I've moved all getpaid packages to github today, mostly using the
svn2git tool.
The old svn repos haven't been marked as MOVED_TO_GITHUB yet.
On the github repos I've started working on getting the tests running
again, against plone-4.3
I have a feeling backward compatibility for plone < 4 can be dropped.
