I've once updated p4a.newsletter from Malthe Borch and renamed it to
collective.newsletter. there is no release yet, but you can get it here:
https://github.com/collective/collective.newsletter

the nice thing is, that it doesn't try to reinvent newsletter services
but uses Mailman, Sympa or any other service.
