this helped a lot.

I've made an override of all urls using related parameter in
plone.recipe.plone section. Buildout started to download correctcly what it
founds.

but,
some of that links are still off line:

- http://dist.plone.org/download/CMFDynamicViewFTI-3.0.2.tar.gz
- http://dist.plone.org/download/ATReferenceBrowserWidget-2.0.3.tar.gz
- http://dist.plone.org/download/PlonePAS-3.6.tar.gz

I've found these packages in other places so I changed properly their urls.

The buildout is not capable to works straightforwardly though.
These three tar.gz are egg-fied and that recipe is not aware of that.

Some changes made by hand and the instance finally started... but what a
mess!

Wondering if there is any other better way to accomplish this.
