(Moving this to product-developers since it's not core-related)
I've checked with Rob Porter, the author, and he's all for moving it
into the collective. The svn location had been replaced with
Kiln(mercurial) at
https://weblion-pm.vmhost.psu.edu/kiln/Code/WebLion-Repository/Group/ContentWellPortlets,
so you'll want to use that version instead.

Main reason is just to add a uninstall profile.
I'd happy if these changes are re-integrated into the weblion svn
repository or better yet, I'd like to move it over to collective (if
weblion doesn't disagree), but i don't have a proper authors file. If
someone (@esteele?) can translate these svn usernames to github
usernames, I'd rebuild the repository with svn2git and move it.
