Unfortunately I didn't add automatic uninstall of control panels until
CMFQuickInstallerTool 3.0.1
(https://github.com/plone/Products.CMFQuickInstallerTool/blob/master/CHANGES.txt)
and Plone 3.3.6 only runs 2.1.8. You'll need to install collective.xdv under
the Plone 4.1 site and then remove it again.
