looking here : http://dist.plone.org/ you can find the original 3.1.7
Plone tgz and compare with what you have. If you use buildout, it is
simple to look in buildout.cfg what are the extra add-ons.
Moreover looking at ZMi-->portal_quickinstaller will show you extra
installable products.
