A good list from Daniel, expect that you'll want Python-2.7-dev and the
latest release of Plone. If you've installed python2.7dev, you may actually
skip most of the rest if you use --with-python=/path/to/python2.7/python on
your installer command line.

Most or all of this is in the README.txt for the Unified Installer.
