Ok, one problem has been solved. Comparing the configurations of the TinyMCE on both platforms I discovered that some default settings were different, (this is probably due to the unified installer on windos). Now ther TinyMCE editor works fine.
What is still missing is that link to the unfound resource jquery.js, Again, the problem is that on firefox every single piece of JS works just fine, while on IE it doesn't. In particular I have ploneGlossary installed and the tooltip which should pop up the definition of glossary entries does not show up. I am trying to modifiy the path of the missing (I'd rather say unaccessible, because it actually exists under one of the colletive products) but I am getting no positive result. Any suggerstion?
