Hi,

the iMac I use has already Mac OS X 10.5.1 installed. But although cmake finds the f77 and f95 compiler there are problems to compile the fortran files. For both bindings I got errors like:

Scanning dependencies of target plplotf77d
[ 6%] Building Fortran object bindings/f77/CMakeFiles/plplotf77d.dir/ strutil.o
getopt: illegal option -- f
getopt: illegal option -- P
/Users/smekal/Development/plplot/bindings/f77/strutil.f:
   plstrf2c:
   plstrc2f:
   islen:

I don't know much fortran but maybe someone can have a look at it? Hazen, are there any problems on 10.4 (if you use 10.4)? I included the output of cmake and make. Also for the make command after I disabled f77 (and encounter problems with f95).

Regards,
Werner Smekal
