The last few days I have been making some changes so that PLplot will build
and ctest without errors for the CVS version of CMake. Today, I finally got
the result that the default PLplot build and ctest worked for both cmake
version 2.4-patch 8 and cmake version 2.7-20080320 (the cvs version I
updated on 2008-03-23). Furthermore, the ctest results were identical for
the two builds (except for example 21 for the usual reasons).

That's an important check because the next version of CMake (2.6.0 which
should be released shortly) will be based on the current CVS version of
CMake, and these recent PLplot changes were necessary so that users can
transition from 2.4.8 to 2.6.0 without issues.
