I repaired the glitch regarding PLSCMAP1LA - had to do with the
explicit exporting of routines under MS Windows.

Now it all seems to work, except that example x29c exhibits a problem:
when I press the space bar, I get a memory violation error (some null
pointer problem apparently).

Now I am going to try the g95/MSVC combination.
