For Jerry and others here who may not have received the SourceForge mass
mailing about this, work started on switching over to a new svn server for
SourceForge as of 2008-09-04 04:00Z (roughly 10 hours ago) and is expected
to last for 24 hours. During that time svn commits will fail (as Jerry just
discovered). In the past SourceForge downtimes have almost always exceeded
estimates by large amounts. Nevertheless, it is probably worthwhile to
start trying svn commits again starting roughly 14 hours from now.
