Scanning the internet for "cairo fill and stroke" one can see, that this
is not an uncommon question and I also found a mail where a solution is
proposed by using intermediate surfaces. So you plot an opaque filled
and stroked polygon and then set the transparency later. I'll see if
this is easy to implement.
