DONE (revision 9091).  I think that should completely finish off Perl/PDL
changes prior to the forthcoming release, but I urge everybody to test
Perl/PDL (with or without Doug's updated PDL::Graphics::PLplot module) to
make sure everything is fine with the Perl/PDL component of PLplot.

I also urge everybody to test other components of PLplot as well.
