I originally thought polygons with the same orientation (see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curve_orientation) would not simplify the
logic, but I was incorrect so thanks very much for this idea which I have
just implemented (revision 10727).  That and other fixes mean
that pages 1 and 2 of example 25 now render correctly with
-DFILL_INTERSECTION_POLYGON=ON.

There are additional -DFILL_INTERSECTION_POLYGON=ON issues for page 3 and
above of example 25, but I feel I am finally beginning to get close to the
end of this mini-project.
