Indeed it needs updating. And I'll remove some of the docs in / 
bindings/ada/ because everything that is there is also now (and for  
quite a while) in the main docs where it is updated better.

I do normal PLplot builds fairly often and always before I commit  
changes. I just now did a sucessful build so everything looks good here.
