I believe there are cmake options for enabling/disabling specific drivers, but I'm not sure what they are. I think the drivers/README.wxwidgets file has not been updated since r6444. It says that wxwidgets 2.6.0 is needed (still true???) and talks about building plplot using "./configure" rather than cmake. > ld: warning: in /usr/lib/libwx_macud-2.8.dylib, missing required > architecture x86_64 in file I disagree that it's 100% Apple's fault. According to... http://wiki.wxwidgets.org/Development:_wxMac "If you want 64-bit wxWidgets on OS X you'll need 2.9+ and configure -with-osx_cocoa - see below; but remember that 2.9 is not an official, stable release and wxOSX/Cocoa is not yet complete." Can you blame Apple for not shipping wxWidgets 2.9 "development series"? (What version does MS ship? ;-)) If you really want to try out the 64-bit wxWidgets on OSX x86_64 (sounds like you don't really care about it, though, since you're willing to disable it), you can install the "wxwidgets-devel" port from MacPorts.
