Hi Arjen:

I guess you missed my recent list e-mail about plcolorbar or I was not
clear. I discovered recently that plcolorbar was not yet ready for
propagation. So I disabled wherever it had been propagated already.
The point is that Hez and I need freedom to change the plcolorbar API
without breaking any of the language bindings or examples. Therefore,
please comment out your recent changes that introduced it into the f77
bindings and examples and ignore it for further Fortran 95 work until
we announce that it is ready to be propagated.

Note, by default plcolorbar is ignored for C example 33. So if there
is no mention of plcolorbar in the Fortran counterparts (or it is
commented out), then you should get perfect comparisions (assuming
pllegend is implemented correctly). So removing plcolorbar from the
example 33 comparisons for now allows testing of pllegend without
interference.
