Hi Arjen:

I fixed (revision 11610) the remaining minor issues that were causing
incompatibility: NPNTS had to be reduced by a factor of 10 (which
speeds up the example by the same factor); xmin, xmax, ymin, and ymax
had to be adjusted, and also an off-by-one error in $n had to be solved.
