Hello, As some may be aware, due to a recently discovered issue with 5.9.8 & dynamic libraries on Windows the plan is to generate a 5.9.9 release in the next few days. The original plan was that this would happen tonight, but since my impression is that things have not quite settled down yet, and also because I've been tasked with some other stuff to do tonight, my current plan is create the release on Wednesday night (EST).
