Thanks for includin the patch. However your changes to example 22.c cause 
compilation errors and a warning about an unreferenced variable. The error 
itself surprised me slightly - I had to google the error code which led me to 
the following http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/eff825eh(v=vs.110).aspx
I've attached a patch which fixes the error and the warning, although I'm not 
sure the style will be to your liking - it was just the fix that involved the 
least editing.
