Hi Alan, Andrew,

I fixed the Fortran 95 interface issue for plshades: the rectangular argument
is now an optional (last) argument in the call to that routine. With this
change I get a perfect match with C example 22.

I am not quite sure what the rules are for optional arguments, but the gfortran
compiler complained when I had it in a different place, one that mimicked the C
API more closely. I will have to investigate that. On the other hand, as the
last arguments are reserved for the geometry anyway, it is not that awkward to
have it there. Maybe the default value (rectangular is true) should change, but
that would be an incompatibility with the previous version. We will need to
document this carefully.

Regards,

Arjen
