I have just implemented (but not yet committed) an epa_build option for running the comprehensive test script for PLplot after PLplot (and PLplot "lite") are built and installed by epa_build.
That comprehensive testing of epa_build results for PLplot immediately showed some additional PLplot build-system inconsistency issues (at least for the "lite" version of PLplot) that I believe it is important to get fixed before this release goes out the door. I will try to figure out a fix tomorrow (Friday). Obviously this issue is an additional source of uncertainty about release timing beyond what we have already discussed today. Therefore, the subject line may not be correct any more, but we will see! Alan __________________________ Alan W.
