OK. So this fails for yelp-xsl because the source is compressed as a .xh 
file and my version of tar doesn't support this option. Looks like this 
will rule out the gnome stuff. I'm not sure how to fix / disable this so 
this is likely to be the extent of my epa testing for now, unless I find 
time to build a new version of tar.
