Thanks for this suggestion. I ultimately decided to update the README file based on the content of our website. But when re-reading our website content in preparation for that change I found some areas of www/index.php, www/downloads.php, etc., that needed reorganizing and rewording. So this has turned into a substantially larger effort than I originally estimated, but I hope to finish the update of the website content and corresponding README file later today.
