Those changes have now been pushed (commit dc5286a). They pass the
new test_tcl and test_tk build and run-time test targets for the build
tree for the case where -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON and where
Tcl/Tk/Itcl/Itk install locations contain a blank in their path names,

I now plan to do a comprehensive run-time test using
scripts/comprehensive_test.sh for the same Tcl/Tk/Itcl/Itk install
locations, and such a comprehensive test (involving run-time tests of
both the build tree and install tree for our 3 major build
configurations) will almost guarantee finding more changes that have
to be done for our three different build systems (core build +
CMake-based and traditional build systems for the installed examples).

It's up to you whether you immediately build-test commit dc5286a with
both -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON and OFF or wait for my final commit of
changes to get comprehensive testing to work when Tcl/Tk/Itcl/Itk
install locations have a blank in their path names, but in any case
you should automate your build tests (or else put MSYS on your PATH so
scripts/comprehensive_test.sh works for you) so it is convenient to
repeat your tests at any time as more changes get pushed by any of us.
