Hi Arjen:

And typically January 1st is roughly equivalent to December 15th
because of Christmas holidays, etc.  So for now lets say very loosely
that the release date will be near the start of February, but we can
set that earlier or later as you get more familiar with what has to be
done, how fast you are able to make progress, your various other time
constraints, etc.

Thanks for being willing to take on the propagation tasks for Tcl and
Fortran.  That is likely the easist thing to start with compared with
the other things you would like to do during this release cycle.
