Let's see how it goes.  It appears Jim and Arjen plan to be done by
late next week, and Phil might land his stuff before the soft freeze
deadline on February 21 as well.  Anyhow, I plan to start my own
testing process (including making the version number changes) whenever
all three of them are done which might still be in time for your
Fedora distribution needs.
