Whereas calling cmake_minimum_required directly does not produce the message.
When I checked this statement however, I found it is possible to reduce the
CmakeLists.txt file even further:
cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 3.0.2 FATAL_ERROR)
with nothing else, that is, not followed by project(), will print the same
messages. I think that this is why cmake_minimum_required() in a function does
produce the messages.
