Hi Jim:

This small off-by-one bug fix appears the perfect opportunity for you
to learn how (as a new core PLplot developer) to push bug fixes to our
SF server. So please do that following our rebase workflow rules in
README.developers. Of course, if you run into any trouble with
our workflow rules, we are here to help.

I can see why you would be a bit more cautious about your more
intrusive bug-fix patch series concerning the eop problems, but in
that case as soon as I have completed the promised resize testing of
the qt, etc., cases (probably later today) I will strongly encourage
you to push that more intrusive bug fix as well.

Of course, you should hold off pushing any of your new work (such as
your new GDI device driver) until the start of the next release cycle,
but bug fix pushes from all our core developers including you are very
welcome right now since there is still sufficient time to test those
bug fixes before our forthcoming release.
