@Everybody: The actual release date for 5.11.1 which was going to be 4 days from now is in limbo, i.e., "as soon as possible but currently postponed mode" due to this long SourceForge outage. For example, although the mailing lists finally appear to be working again, code repositories are still not available. IMPORTANT. I am declaring now that a complete freeze on any pushes to our SF repository will be in effect once SF staff restores our repository from their backups and makes it available to us. The reason for this freeze is I need some time to check that restored repository against my local repository using similar extensive checking procedures that I originally used when converting from svn to git. Once that check is complete, I will revert the freeze back to any epa_build change, or document update is acceptable, but extreme caution should be used with pushing bug fixes. And I plan to make the 5.11.1 release roughly one week after that complete freeze is done. @Phil: My advice is to find the fix for that bug you have found as soon as possible. Then once you know what that fix entails, please make your case (e.g., no-brainer bug fix with no side effects would be a good case) for pushing this bug fix to master and therefore into the forthcoming 5.11.1 release just as soon as the above complete freeze for checking is done.
