I noticed that too - I have started the update procedure already. That leaves 
installing the additional packages.

It is indeed a busy time. I hope the Cygwin test finishes before I have to 
leave - for reasons best known or actually only known to itself, the clean step 
failed the first time I ran the tests, so I had to restart. (Could be 
interference from the virus scanner, I suppose.)
