Those options included -DPLPLOT_WX_DEBUG_OUTPUT=ON
-DPLPLOT_WX_NANOSEC=ON.  The first of those adds lots of debugging
messages which normally are not needed.  The second of those puts
nanosec time stamps on those debugging messages with an experimental
method that normally should only work on Linux.  So they worked for me
on Linux, but I suggest for general comprehensive testing of our
wxwidgets device and wxwidgets binding you drop both these options,
but especially the second one on non-Linux platforms.
